ok, so cool thing number one, I have two awesome deviant art shirts now. I have the midnight tank, and the imagination long sleaved blue one

they are cool

they're a touch big though.. but I know for next time

I will probably take pics eventually


second cool thing is that my awesome friend Ben is letting me stay in his apartment in the city cause things at home aren't so hot right now. His other friend Ben was house sitting it for him, but said he wouldn't mind if I moved in for a bit.. and he's awesome and we get along pretty damn well so it should be really cool. It also makes me a lot closer to my college, and means that I'll probably get a bit more sleep unlike what's been happening lately


third cool thing is that I'm eating some seriously awesome toast.. which is just butter and I threw some herbs and ginger and stuff on it but man does it kick some arse

I'm kinda thirsty now though which sucks.

fourth cool thing is I'm overcomming some. . . problem../fears.. stuff lately, so that's making me feel rather jazz

I also just used jazz as an adjective or replacement for awesome.. which makes me feel quite.. jazz

I'm getting a bit chubbier than I'd like, but I think with this apartment I'll end up being a touch more active cause I'll be able to learn how to ride my bike.. and maybe throw in some situps.. I'll make my roomy >w< make me be active

he is quite cool.. he likes chocolate.. we shall get along well

he did find it quite odd that I'd known him for all of an hour and a half or something and I made him go to the lingerie section cause I needed undies. The lady at the change rooms asked if I wanted my partner to see implying she thought I was with Ben and we both just lost it laughing.

took some photos with Sam the other day. . . he has some.. I have most I think. they all need photoshopping to convey the ideas we had though, so there's a good chance if they ever do get chucked up (no they're not nudes so nyah) it probably won't be for a while

oh this whole not living at home thing (YES YES YES YES YES YES SQUEEE) means that I probably won't do much digital art () or upload much cause I won't have the other computer with photoshop elements, or the scanner here.. so there will probably be periods of no art, and then massive art dumps.. so be warned.... not that any of you really care

art school is kinda frustrating me though. Almost every class is focusing on self portraits.. I hate self portraits
and we've had a lot of creativity taken away

and I've been horribly sick with some sort of mutant bastard flu since saturday

ok.. well seriously.. yeah they probably are coincidence.. but that my body is now old and frail probably isn't helping me get rid of this heathen disease.

I have already been so kind to have LOST two of the nicest birthday presents that I got.. .

well one was from my sister, and it was a bellybutton ring and she was all proud of it because it had a diamond in it (I haven't found the diamond yet) and it was really sweet of her. and I put it in.. and.. the ball is GONE.

now yeah I can probably get a new ball from a jeweller... but I'm too sick to go out


the other one was a bracelet... I stopped wearing it just so I could shower. I remember where I put it.. and when I came back.. it was gone. when I'm better and can bend down without my sinuses screaming at me my room will be thoroughly searched.. but I've had a pretty good look already. Think it might've grown legs.

oh and I got some random flowers and found out they're from my ex. So basically if you happen to be reading this FUCK OFF

my birthday present to me was to arrange for a visa debit card, which is awesome, which means that very soon I shall get my self one or two deviant shirts.. I like a lot of them and haven't really decided which ones I want yet... I know it's at the bank but I'm too sick to go get it.. stupid far away bank

con: legally an adult - I dunno why I don't like this idea but I don't. As I am now I'm perfectly adult, but somehow having that in a legal sense annoys me. I don't know if it's because it's like saying I wasn't before, or if it's going to give me responsibility I don't care for, or if because I've seen this fact change nothing about other people... I feel as though I am losing so much.. and yet it is just another day



Oh Ben promised to take me to a strip club cause I wanna see one. And I can go to gold class cinemas.. and stuff

I don't drink so that's not really anything big for me

I guess I can do a bunch of stuff without my parents signature being required

I know it's good in the long run.. it spells a new form of freedom that I've never encountered, but it also lets me know that there are certain aspects of freedom I never had.

I guess now when I feel freedom I feel the freedom of youth, and it's the freedom I've had to take, to earn. It's not the law saying I can do it, it was me... and even though it'll still be me it'll almost be like that's taken from me

Perhaps this is childish, but for now, and for tomorrow I am still a child so I guess I have that excuse

I've always liked the quote to be childlike and not childish, and thought myself a prime example of that .. sigh

sometimes I get stupid, and thnk that stupid things change me.. Sometimes I realise that I'm not all the things I think I am... and sometimes it's even worse, when I realise I am all the things I think I am..

So anyone who may or may not be paying attention to my site would have noticed that I've been meme battling with smartalecboy for a while now. What started as a simple joke and laughing moment has turned itself into something much more major as we fight it out for the chance to claim the ultimate meme.

and I just wanted to add I've had a lot of people ask about Sam.. so a quick explanation is in need I assume

Sam - is not my boy friend.. icky

Basically Sam and I met a while ago, I think I was about nine, and we were about to play on stage in this random combined band thing. He was nervous.. I gave him the stupid advice of taking his mouthpiece off because he was scared of blowing into it when he shouldn't..

anyone who knows anything about sax's will know that that destroys the tuning... but I gues in a band full of 9-12 year olds it probably wouldn't have mattered

anyway I didn't see sam for a while after that and then we met up again in a different band a while later. I decided we should be friends, and apparently to his recollection invited him over for lunch.

and.. yeah.. we went through the whole 'ohmygod a member of the opposite sex I get along with and thus must be in love with' bullshit. at different times so nothing ever came of it

anyway being a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time ofknowing and being pretty much best friends with Sam.. Sam is my closest friend. Sam is that one person in my life who I know will only judge me on my word and nothing more. He is so close to me that sometimes I think of him more as a part of me than a different person... and he is my Sam.

hopefully that explains some things.

the only reason I really wanted to clarify this is because I know it can be complicated for both of us to be in relationships with other people sometimes. Simply because of how close we are to one another.. if that makes sense. We're pretty much always mistaken for a couple, which doesn't really bother me for any other reason that it's not true, and that it frustrates me that two people can't be really close without people assuming that there's something else there.

so yeah.. just like to make these things clear.
